Approach

From design to production

We agree on what the software needs to do, then design, build and test it. Regular releases give your teams the opportunity to check progress and adjust priorities.

Agreeing on scope and deliverables

At the outset, we agree on expected features, responsibilities and acceptance criteria. You know what will be delivered, how to validate it and how changes will be decided.

  1. 01

    Understand users and requirements

Talk to users and project owners, map workflows and review existing applications. Identify budget, schedule, data and security constraints.

  2. 02

Design the application and its architecture

Define screens, data models, APIs and integrations. Compare technical options and record decisions that affect development, operations and cost.

  3. 03

    Build with regular feedback

Deliver testable features and review them with the people involved. Use their feedback to plan the next release. When AI tools assist development, the code is tested and reviewed by a person.

  4. 04

    Test features and integrations

Verify business rules, user journeys and exchanges between applications. Check access controls, dependencies and performance against project requirements. Evaluate AI outputs separately.

  5. 05

    Prepare for deployment

Validate configuration, data migrations and rollback procedures. Prepare the logs, alerts and documentation needed by the people who will run the software.

  6. 06

    Plan maintenance and future releases

Support adoption, fix defects and plan further development. Depending on the agreed scope, we provide ongoing maintenance or hand the project over to your teams.
